We email you once we have despatched your order. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from date of despatch, please contact us. If the item has not arrived due to an error on our side, we will happily send a replacement. However, if you have filled in your address details incorrectly, we are unable to refund you or send a replacement.
We want you to be happy with your order. If in the unlikely event you are not happy with your order, we will refund you (excluding our postage & packaging costs). In order to receive a refund, you need to email us and then return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. It must be returned to us at your own cost using Special Delivery in the original packaging and providing it is in the same new (unworn) condition, we will provide you with a refund.
